Christine has been taking yoga and meditation classes for 12 years and teaching them since 2014. From a young age she has always been interested in the spiritual realm, and now seeks to share her energy + information with you. Earth Yoga’s mission is to soften the body, still the mind and tune into your Highest Self.
All Earth Yoga teachers teach from a place of compassion and mindfulness. Our classes are named by nature: Sun, Sunrise, Sunset, Moon, Moonlight and Earth. Check out our class descriptions to learn more.
