Policies

  • All sales purchases are final. Single class drop ins, 10 class packs, 20 class packs have a one year expiration date. Single drop-in classes expire 90 days after purchase.

  • While we do not offer refunds, our single class drop ins, 10 class packs and 20 class packs are shareable/transferrable with friends and family.

  • New student unlimited (2 weeks unlimited for $33) are able to come as many times during the two week period. The pass begins on date of purchase. This pass is for new students only and can be purchased only one time per student.

  • We encourage preregistration for our classes. You are able to preregister for your class here. In the case you need to cancel class, please do so at more than three hours in advance. If you cancel within three hours before class time, it will count as a no show. For no show members of single class, 10 class packs and 20 class packs, we will use a class from your package to cover the no show. For Unlimited and 5 class pass members, we charge a $10 no show fee.

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but only if the class is active. If a class has no participants in it an hour before it starts, the class will be cancelled. This will be shown on our facebook page. If the class is active, you may walk in, but may risk the class being already full. Walk-ins must arrive at least 7-10 minutes before the class time starts in order to sign the liability waiver, register for the class and pay.

  • Our late policy is no more than 5 minutes late for a preregistered student. If you no-show a class or are more than 5 minutes late, you will count as a “no-show,” which results in a $10 fee for members/a class taken from your account for those with packages.

  • For all workshops, if you cancel more than 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 7 days or more in advance, you will get credit on your account. Any cancellations for workshops within the 7 day period before the workshop will not receive any refund. We are sorry about this inconvenience.

  • For 5 class pass members and unlimited members, your membership starts on date of purchase. Your purchase date becomes your billing date each month until you cancel via the receipt e-mail from Squarespace or contact us.

  • 5 class pass members will have their billing period to use their 5 classes. These do not roll over to the next month. These passes cannot be shared with others. In the event you need to cancel, please send us an e-mail to hello@earthyogastudio.com 7 days prior to your billing period to cancel your membership. You will still have the remaining classes to use until it expires.

  • Unlimited members receive a guest pass for 1 guest per month, 15% off workshops and unlimited classes for the period of their membership. In order to cancel your membership, please write us an e-mail at hello@earthyogastudio.com 7 days in advance before your billing period. If you do not write us 7 days in advance, your card will be charged and you will continue your membership.

  • We limit classes to 14 people and workshops to 15 people.

  • Wearing a mask is optional, but is subject to change based on Orange County mandates.

  • COVID Policy: If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID or have been recently exposed, please stay home. If you are experiencing any long-term, non-contagious effects of allergies or other long term illness, please kindly wear a mask during class. You will be notified if a teacher you were in class with develops COVID, and they will follow current quarantine rules before returning to Earth Yoga.

  • We do not offer any free first classes, but we do have opportunities for classes at a lower price.

  • If finances are a concern to your practice, please note that we prioritize discounts to people of color, those with Native American descent, Indian Americans, Asian Americans, Pacific Islander Americans, Middle Eastern Americans, immigrants, LGBTQI+, and those with low incomes. If income is a barrier, please contact Christine for your angel discount.

  • Black Lives Matter, Trans Lives Are Sacred, Sex Workers are Welcome

  • Earth Yoga has no tolerance for hate, abuse or harassment of any kind. Earth Yoga has the right to refuse service to anyone.

    General

    When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

    By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Earth Yoga for Earth Yoga. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

    Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Earth Yoga. Earth Yoga reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Earth Yoga also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.

    Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Cancellation

    You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Earth Yoga again, just sign up as you did the first time and Earth Yoga will start sending messages to you again.

    Transfer of Number

    You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at hello@earthyogastudio.com. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

    Messaging Terms Changes

    We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time.
