  • SUN

    Style: Vinyasa flow

    For: Intermediate and advanced yogis, or anyone with regular movement practice

    Turn up the heat in Sun Yoga, our vinyasa-based flow class. This sweat-inducing class encourages faster transitions, balance play, and longer sequences. Expect to flow through many variations of sun salutations. Great for anyone looking for an active way to connect their breath and body.

  • SUNSET

    Style: Half vinyasa, half restorative

    For: Everyone, especially anyone who sits a lot throughout the day

    Sunset Yoga starts with an invigorating warm-up for your body. You will experience longer sequences, sun salutations, and balance play. The class ends with deep rest in slower, restorative poses. Give yourself time to warm up and cool down like the sun setting at the end of the day.

  • Sunlight

    Style: Beginner Vinyasa

    For: Everyone, especially anyone wanting to build their yoga practice

    Sunlight Yoga is the gentlest class in our Sun series. Learn the elements of a rigorous vinyasa flow at a slower pace to build your yoga practice. The class includes breath work, or pranayama, to grow your breath-to-movement connection.

  • Earth

    Style: Hatha

    For: Everyone

    Ground yourself in Earth Yoga, our hatha-based class, by creating a deeper connection to your body and mind. Experience a mix of standing and balance poses in a gentle flow. Take the time to focus on mindfulness, posture, and breath as you move through poses.

  • Moon

    Moon

    Style: Yin and restorative

    For: Everyone, especially those wanting to relax

    Unwind and learn flexibility in Moon Yoga, our restorative-style yin yoga class. Expect to hold poses for long periods to give your body and mind time to settle deeper into the stretch. There is more time for explanation of poses and deep rest.

  • Moonlight

    Style: Gentle

    For: Everyone, especially anyone new to yoga or who has limitations in their body

    A step up from our Moon Yoga class. Experience slow transitions and movement and long holds in a few poses. The focus of this class is incorporating a unique pranayama into gentle movement. Some standing poses, most of the class held low to the earth.

  • Myofascial Release

    Style: Mobility Release

    For: Everyone

    Explore your range of motion with self-myofascial release. This class will target stress points in the body by using myofascial balls, blocks, and blankets to release pressure. Experience gentle yoga movements between myofascial points.

  • Lightning Bolt

    Style: Ashtanga

    For: Advanced yogis with at least one year of practice experience

    Our sweatiest, most advanced class gives yogis a chance to play in a safe and fun way. Try out hand and arm balances, longer sequences, and get sweaty in a slightly heated room. This is a physically demanding class aimed at advanced yogis.
