    Popoyo Beach is situated on the Emerald Cost in the town of Rivas. Once considered a hard-to-reach gem, there is a brand new road that connects the center of the country to this beautiful beach. With a relaxed feel and recent developments, this untouched beauty is waiting for you to explore.

  • El Agua

    Popoyo Beach is a 2-5 minute walk from the retreat center. Unlimited access to the beach, pool, sauna and cold plunge are included in your stay. Please use caution when swimming in the ocean or pool. It is not recommended to submerge yourself in water if you do not know how to swim. The waves at Popoyo Beach are some of the most beautiful & strong on Earth. You may use your leisure time to hire a surf instructor or rent a board at your own risk!

  • Respect

    Out of respect for the culture, your retreat includes a tip for the staff, most of whom call Nicaragua their home and sustain jobs at Hide & Seek. You may choose to leave gratuity for a massage therapist, the aerial instructor or your driver. Listening to your guides during cultural tours, sessions and patience with language barriers.

Oasis Retaurant is a staple in Popoyo, Nicaragua. Featuring nourishing dishes of all styles, guests will be served three meals per day.

Unlimited coffee & filtered water is available throughout the day.

All food served will be family style and sensitive to allergies or dietary restrictions.

  • Take Flight

    A flight to Managua, Nicaragua typically ranges from $500-900 with a stop in either Houston or Miami, if coming from RDU.

    Please bring $10 in cash for a Tourist Visa at Customs

  • Pick Up

    After customs, a driver will be waiting for and your group.

    You will ride with the other yogis on retreat.

  • The Drive

    You’ll depart with your group from Managua → beach and view scenic Nicaragua.

    Explore volcanoes, trees and wildlife out your window.

    Head into the resort and rest your feet and your bags for a weeklong experience of relaxation, energy reset and ease.

With a vision for building something meaningful, the founders of the retreat offer boho style design throughout the center and two gorgeous pools.

Included in your stay is a 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial. Want more relaxation?

Relax your muscles in a wooden sauna followed by a chilly cold plunge for nervous system reset.

Cancellation

A non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required to secure your space in the retreat. Payments will be due by scheduled payment plan. Cancel with a full refund (minus deposit) by September 1st, 2026. Cancellations between September 2nd and October 1st, 2026 will receive a partial refund (minus deposit). Cancellations after October 1st, 2026 will not be refunded, including but not limited to missed flights, delays, leaving early, arriving late or otherwise.

You must have a current passport from country of origin. Most countries also require passports to not be reaching expiration date, even within a few months period.
