My journey to massage therapy started when I was a kid by watching my mom,

who has been practicing massage for 30 years, bring so much comfort and relief to her clients. She is still my biggest inspiration and taught me from a young age about the importance of posture, alignment, and a holistic approach to health.

I believe that by facilitating pain relief and easing muscle tension, I can help you sleep better, feel less anxious, and be ready to face life’s challenges. As a lifelong yoga practitioner, I can also teach my clients stretches and poses to maintain alignment, strengthen core and back muscles, and improve range of motion.

All bodies, all genders, all people are welcome on my table. Wherever you are in the journey with your body, I'll meet you there. You deserve to feel restored. When I'm not doing massage, I co-host Howdy Hillsborough on WCHL, mix cocktails at Yonder, write poetry and am mom to a very cool middle schooler, and a sweet beagle named Fred.
