los detalles
This is a mountain retreat in the beautiful land of Guatemala. Expect to be outdoors, experiencing nature in its fullest. You may see a bug. It may rain.
We are not secluding ourselves in this beautiful country — we are immersing ourselves into it. You may hear the sounds of children laughing and playing, music or other signs of life from the neighboring village. Mostly, your time will be in quietude.
There are not street lamps in the center! Please plan to bring a headlamp or lantern for dark, dreamy nights.
Shoes are important: pack a pair of sneakers and closed back sandals like tevas.
You must have a current passport from country of origin. Most countries also require passports to not be reaching expiration date, even within a few months period.
Flights should land during daylight hours (between 10AM-3PM) and leave during mid-day/afternoon (11AM-4PM).
Flights to/from Guatemala are NOT included. Any additional massages, beverages and the Thursday night dinner in downtown Antigua are also NOT included.*
Additional private lessons with Christine may be scheduled for $100/hr.
This international retreat is at your own risk. I encourage you to get travel insurance and prepare any necessary things you may need to ensure your own safety and health during our trip.
If you tend to get elevation sickness or carsick, please bring appropriate items such as anti-nausea medicine, ginger chews, etc.
A non-refundable deposit of $750 for Early Bird pricing and a non-refundable deposit of $1000 for regular pricing is required in order to secure your spot.
